The lockout Tagout is including the several padlocks , 3 feet of chain ,
Valve Handle Lockout , Lockout hasps (multi-pole) , "Do not operate " tags
(Labeled with our department name and phone number ), Plug -end Lockout ,
tie-wraps (wire ties ), we also have "out of service " stickers-we made these
up on removable laser labels , and use them on things like elevator call buttons
when we shut down a malfunctioning elevator in residential building .
